We have a wide selection of custom cakes for any occasion, and we deliver Sydney Wide.

Drip cakes, naked cakes, rustic cakes, buttercream cakes and ganache cakes. At this time, we do not make fondant cakes.

Sponge Flavours

  • Vanilla Sponge – Made using grass-fed butter, free-range eggs and natural vanilla extract.
  • Chocolate Sponge – Using the same ingredients as our vanilla sponge, our chocolate sponge also uses high quality cocoa powder.
  • Lemon Sponge – Made from fresh lemon juice and lemon zest.
  • Mud cake – A favourite amongst chocolate lovers!

Icing and Filling Flavours

  • Swiss meringue buttercream - Less sweet than other butter creams and silky smooth.
  • American buttercream - Sweeter buttercream.
  • Ganache - Chocolate based, more stable in heat.

Please order at least 2 weeks in advance. If you need the cake earlier, contact us first to see what we can do.

Our cakes are baked fresh for every order and delivered Sydney wide.

Care Instructions

Cakes should be refrigerated upon arrival and consumed within 5 days of delivery. They can also be frozen for about 2 months.

Cakes are best consumed at room temperature,
so please allow cakes a few hours reach room temperature after
removing them from the fridge.
